“To tickle your taste-buds” a food processing department is functioning in AROUSE for quite some time now.

Various kind of pickles like, mango, lemon, amla, bamboo, phutkal, garlic, red chilies, green chilies, amra, ol, jellies like guava jelly etc. are prepared and sold.

There is a huge demand of the mouth-watering pickles from Gumla and its nearby districts. The products are also exhibited and sold in exhibitions cum sale organized by NABARD, Food Processing Department of the Government of India, other NGOs, during Christmas Fairs etc.

Small bottles of pickles (100 gms, 200 gms, 250 gms) are regularly sold to the customers.
